How is pricing worked out?
Your itemized estimate shows the service subtotal, estimated 8.25% sales tax, and estimated total including tax. The applicable tax rate and final price will be verified before booking. We confirm the final price before scheduling and ask before any extra work. Homes over certain sizes, heavy buildup, partial-home jobs and post-renovation work are quoted individually.
Can you adjust the cleaning to my budget?
Yes. Tell us which rooms or tasks matter most. We can discuss a focused cleaning or a smaller scope and follow up with a revised quote. The final price depends on the work we agree to do.
Do I need to be home?
No. Arrange access ahead of time and tell us about pets, alarm systems or rooms to skip. You’re also welcome to stay.
What isn’t covered in post-renovation cleaning?
Heavy construction debris, hazardous materials and specialized industrial cleanup. We review the site, or photos, before we confirm this type of job.
Do you serve Houston, Missouri City or Stafford?
Yes, we serve select Houston areas. Missouri City and Stafford have limited availability. Send your ZIP code and preferred date; we’ll check travel distance, scheduling and any extra travel cost before confirming the service.
Can you use my own cleaning products?
Yes. Tell us in advance and leave the products out on the day with notes on where to use them.
